Graybar Electric Company is offering a Trainee program in Austin, TX, designed to prepare you for a functional or managerial role through rotational assignments across multiple specialty areas. You will gain hands-on experience, complete required trainings, and contribute to projects while developing core business skills.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with a 4-year degree possibly preferred depending on the area.
Make a difference. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to prepare for a functional or managerial role in an assigned specialty area of the Company by completing rotational assignments, and gaining work experience and exposure to various functions and business units throughout the Company.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
