Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Branch Manager-Electrical & Industrial in Florida. You will design and implement programs to maximize net profit, monitor service levels, and oversee branch budgeting and staffing to meet objectives.
The role requires strategic thinking, relationship building with customers and suppliers, and strong leadership to manage a large team. Travel is involved, with a base salary starting around $99,000 and bonus potential.
Become part of the excitement. As a Branch Manager-Electrical & Industrial, you will develop and implement business plans that allow the Company to achieve its financial and service goals. You will manage all resources to achieve desired results within the branch.
Some travel required. This role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes. Graybar offers a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement program to support eligible drivers. This program allows you to choose and drive your own vehicle, rather than a company-assigned car, and your reimbursements can help you build equity in your vehicle over time. Please note that certain vehicle requirements, such as age and original MSRP, may impact your eligibility for tax-free reimbursement. Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $99,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
