Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, entering orders, responding to requests, and ensuring total satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy.

In this role you will handle calls and written inquiries, support product selection, assist with pricing and billing, and strive to resolve issues on time while promoting Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

In this role you will:

Compensation Details

The expected rate of pay for this position is $22.00 per hour

Shift Hours and Schedule

Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm
