Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or STEM field.
• 1-2 years of engineering experience desired.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute specialty engineering tasks across domains to support various programs.
• Perform analyses such as FMECA, FTA, and SHA in collaboration with design engineering.
• Lead Safety Programs from planning to safety acceptance with Safety Review Boards.
• Lead specialty engineering in design reviews, failure investigations, and customer meetings.
• Support bidding and proposal work in collaboration with the Specialty Engineering Manager.
• Define, track, and verify requirements with Systems Design Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Test Engineering and EH&S to ensure safe testing and production processes.
