Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to lead a team of hourly associates and deliver an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience. You will coordinate daily tasks, coach staff, and ensure merchandise is correctly presented to drive sales across departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest service standards, supporting store operations, and helping with onboarding and training while upholding safety and compliance across the floor.

Qualifications
