• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensures every team member is trained and delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
• Actively observes and provides feedback, holding teammates accountable while recognizing great moments.
• Reviews guest, financial and team metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest service and model expectations for the team.
• Demonstrate inclusivity, value diverse voices, be authentic and respectful.
• Plan daily/weekly workload with your leader to meet store goals and plan merchandising sets.
• Lead onboarding and coaching to close skill gaps and develop the team.
• Coach and lead a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate.
• Assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and traffic patterns.
• Encourage use of department tools to welcome and influence guests.
• Partner with third party vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are met.
• Support changes to merchandise sets and visual presentations by category.
• Create inspiring visual moments by merchandising to seasonal trends.
