Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive guest experience and sales across multiple departments. You will mentor hourly team members, set priorities, and lead merchandising and backroom operations to ensure product availability and an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a 4 year degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Regular weekend work and flexibility are expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability.
• Lead teams across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics.
• Create schedules and adjust to guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising, pricing, and backroom processes.
• Develop and coach Team Members to elevate skills and performance.
• Lead onboarding, training, and product knowledge development.
• Uphold ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in daily operations.
• Address store needs and adapt to changing priorities.
