Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative to serve as the primary customer contact for demand creation and to promote Amgen products under the guidance of the District Manager.

You will maintain current clinical knowledge, deliver branded messages, participate in medical education programs, and work toward territory sales targets while managing accounts, access, and contracts. The role offers salary range advertised with benefits and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; alternative paths with associate or high school diplomas plus relevant sales/clinical experience.
• At least 4 years of sales and/or healthcare/clinical experience with non-sales background allowed.
• Multiple routes: associate degree with 4 years' relevant experience; high school with 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy.
• Promote Amgen products and communicate clinical and economic benefits.
• Achieve territory sales targets through Plan of Action marketing strategies.
• Manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
