Job summary

Amgen Inc. in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative to act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategies and promoting Amgen products under the guidance of the District Manager.

You will deliver clinical and economic product benefits, strive to meet territory sales targets, and manage accounts, including reimbursement issues and contracts. The role supports medical education programs and strategic territory planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products as led by the District Manager.
• Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate the clinical and economic benefits of the products.
• Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies and managing accounts, including reimbursement issues and contracts.
