Amgen in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate the payer environment within a defined territory.

You will implement the marketing strategy, drive product access, and build relationships to support reimbursement and contracts. The role emphasizes collaboration, patient focus, and adherence to Amgen values as you grow in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience for Specialty Representative path.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience for alternative path.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/science (Senior path).
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.
• High school diploma or GED with 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive product utilization.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales targets and promote branded messages.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a team.
