Job summary

Target in Minnesota is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to drive guest experience, merchandising, and store operations. You will lead a team of hourly consultants, coach on selling and service basics, and plan daily tasks to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an Easy, Inspiring environment.
• Lead and coach a team of consultants, ensuring accountability.
• Plan daily workload and merchandising plans to meet sales goals.
• Partner with vendors to ensure brand standards and signage.
• Support onboarding, safety, and safe store operations.
