Specialty Reservations Representative/Call Center/ Remote

The Impact You’ll Make
This role acts as a liaison between our company and its current and potential worldwide customers, focusing on retaining and expanding specialty customer business. Responsibilities include researching, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries regarding their pre, during, and post car rental experiences. The role requires taking ownership to resolve issues, complaints, and inquiries from high-profile or valued corporate customers, with an emphasis on maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Team members are responsible for generating approximately $23M in revenue annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Accurately clarify, research, and communicate information to provide options that meet customer needs related to reservations, cross-selling ancillary products/services to increase revenue.
2. Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and standards of customer service and professionalism, serving diverse customer groups including Prestige members, Corporate Tour clients, and general consumers.
3. Input data accurately into company systems for tracking and customer record retention.
4. Provide prompt assistance, complete forms or reports related to reservation handling or special requests.
5. Coordinate reservations and resolve service issues via phone and email, ensuring timely adjustments and professional communication.
6. Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma; at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer care or inside sales.
• Previous remote work experience is preferred for WFH roles.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and WFH Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective listening and telephone skills
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and specialized applications
• Ability to handle complex customer issues positively
• Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• For WFH employees: maintain a secure, distraction-free workspace, high-speed internet, and adhere to confidentiality standards. Attendance at training (4 weeks) is required.
