Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to serve medical professionals with clinical product knowledge and drive branded sales in assigned territories. You will implement marketing strategies and promote Amgen products under the guidance of the District Manager.

The role emphasizes extending patient access, managing payer considerations, and building strong customer relationships through both in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Sales experience: 4+ years with healthcare/medical field.
• Willingness to work in the assigned US territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs, including educational activities.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including access, reimbursement, and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and learn from each other.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and maintain brand integrity throughout the sales cycle.
