• If hired without a BSN/MSN, must enroll in a BSN/MSN program within 1 year and complete within 5 years.
• Active Ohio RN License; may require additional state licensure; foreign grads license validated.

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards; support leadership in safety and compliance.
• Document plan of care, care delivered, and patient/family outcomes.
• Communicate safety concerns to leadership and participate in education to families using teach-back where appropriate.
• Collaborate with department managers, nurse council and magnet representatives to implement safety best practices.
• Provide age-specific, culturally inclusive patient care and participate in interprofessional practice.
