Corewell Health Southfield Center seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Patient Management Program team member for a full-time day shift (8:30-5:00 or 7:00-3:30) to join the Pharmacy Consolidated Services Center.
In this role you will provide pharmaceutical care per standards, participate in medication management programs, supervise data collection and reporting, and help train staff while upholding safety and cost-conscious practices.
