Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Certification as CPhT through PTCB or ExCPT is required for certified technicians.
• One or more years pharmacy technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely and accurate dispensing of medications under supervision.
• Handle prior authorizations and benefits investigations.
• Coordinate patient outreach and prescription deliveries.
• Manage inbox communications from nurses, care teams, and payers.
• Fill/ship orders, package and label mail-delivered prescriptions.
