Job summary

Shields Health Solutions in Worcester, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a specialty hospital setting. This onsite role supports dispensing, patient service at the pick-up counter, and answering medication questions, using Epic and Willow Ambulatory to keep operations running smoothly.

We offer a guaranteed 40 hours per week, rotating shifts with evening differential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License required.
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) required or contingency start.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter.
• Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions.
• Supporting pharmacy operations using Epic and Willow Ambulatory.
