Job summary

Shields Health Solutions in Worcester, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a specialty hospital setting. This onsite role supports dispensing, patient service at the pick-up counter, and answering medication questions, using Epic and Willow Ambulatory to keep operations running smoothly.

We offer a guaranteed 40 hours per week, rotating shifts with evening differential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License required.
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) required or contingency start.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.

Schedule & Compensation

Guaranteed 40 hours/week

Rotating shifts between:

• Days : 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
• Evenings : 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM EST
• Occasional Saturday shifts

$7.50/hour shift differential for hours worked after 5:30 PM EST

Hourly Pay Range : $21.37 - $24.88 (based on experience, skills, and location)
