Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Pharmacy Leader to provide clinical oversight, operational leadership, and staff management within the specialty pharmacy program. You will collaborate with specialty pharmacists and technicians to ensure proper drug selection, dosing, route, duration of therapy, and cost effectiveness to deliver optimal patient care.

PharmD degree and completion of a pharmacy residency program.
2–4 years as a registered clinical pharmacist with at least 1 year in specialty pharmacy.
SC Pharmacist License and current BLS certification.
CSP or BCACP certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

Provide clinical oversight, operational leadership, and staff management within the specialty pharmacy program.
Collaborate with specialty pharmacists and technicians to ensure optimal patient care and cost effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs while maintaining patient safety and regulatory adherence, and supporting certification standards.
Perform HR functions and lead quality improvements within the team.
