• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, MS or MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• 5 years of operational/clinical pharmacy management experience in specialty environments
• 3 years as direct supervisor or team leader
• Strong data-driven performance improvement, communication and collaboration skills
