Job summary

Clearway Health is seeking a Pharmacy Patient Liaison I to bridge patients and pharmacists in our specialty pharmacy program. You will support patients with complex therapies while enabling clinical teams to deliver outcomes.

You’ll combine customer service excellence with pharmacy operations knowledge, shaping patient experience and contributing to business success in a health system environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the respective state of application.
• Active and unrestricted National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT.
• 2+ years of direct pharmacy experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop patient relationships and enroll patients into specialty pharmacy programs.
• Perform enrollment functions and generate leads through provider relationships and direct service.
• Maintain patient care transitions and collaborate with clinicians to ensure continuity.
• Support sales, enrollment, and ongoing patient adherence initiatives.
• Train and assist new hires in day-to-day operations.
