Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct pharmacy experience required.
• Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Active and unrestricted national certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with HIPAA and patient confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Enroll patients into the Clearway Health Specialty Pharmacy program and grow the patient base.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business through provider relationships.
• Provide outbound adherence check-ups and manage refills to close gaps.
• Build relationships with providers, care teams, and support staff.
• Nurture external partnerships to ensure smooth patient care transitions.
• Navigate EMR to support prior authorizations and documentation.
• Train and support new hires in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with healthcare professionals.
