Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in customer service, payer benefits, or healthcare industry preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work any 8.5-hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient experience by managing their records efficiently.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication.
• Triage patients to internal or external resources as appropriate.
