Job summary

Clearway Health is seeking a Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead accreditation readiness, audits, and staff accountability across partner sites. You will collaborate with site leadership, quality teams, and clinical staff to embed accreditation standards in daily practice.

The role requires 7+ years in pharmacy leadership, active licensure, and experience with major health IT systems. Travel to client sites is required, with a mix of on-site and remote coordination to ensure program

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant pharmacy leadership experience.
• Active Pharmacist licensure in the practicing state or ability to obtain at hire.
• Experience with Epic, Meditech, Cerner, QS1 or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at partner sites and growth programs.
• Report performance metrics and insights via Salesforce.
• Develop and implement processes for program growth and compliance.
• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure standards are met.
• Staff oversight and performance management at client sites.
