Job summary

Clearway Health seeks a Site Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead the program within a partnered health system. You’ll drive clinical, operational, quality, accreditation, and financial objectives to deliver exceptional patient care and partner value.

As the senior on-site leader, you’ll integrate services at client clinics, manage accreditation activities, and oversee staff performance, training, and surveys to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required (PharmD or BS Pharm).
• MBA or business degree preferred.
• 7+ years pharmacy experience; leadership preferred.
• PGY2 residency beneficial for certain paths.

Responsibilities

• Strategically execute and develop goals to grow the partner's specialty pharmacy program.
• Inspire and motivate on-site teams to meet and exceed goals.
• Own the relationship between Clearway Health and partner leadership/pharmacy teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards across the site.
• Direct project management for initiatives related to Specialty Pharmacy development.
• Identify improvements in pharmacy operations to deliver high-quality service.
• Forecast and prepare operating and financial plans; provide decision support.
• Collaborate with Clearway Health corporate resources for execution and optimization.
• Be prepared to travel regionally as needed (up to 20%).
• Coordinate Performance Improvement programs and monitor outcomes.
