Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD required.
• 7+ years of pharmacy leadership experience required.
• Epic, Meditech, Cerner, and QS1 experience highly desired.
• Travel locally 20% remote and 80% on-site.
• Active Pharmacist licensure in good standing to practice in the applying state or ability to acquire at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational responsibilities at partner sites and growth programs.
• Report on program performance using Salesforce and related metrics.
• Develop and implement processes essential for specialty pharmacy growth.
• Manage day-to-day program operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide staffing oversight, scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and providers to align workflows.
