CPS Solutions, in partnership with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a full-time, exempt Specialty Pharmacy Manager to oversee specialty pharmacy operations and lead pharmacists, technicians, liaisons, and support teams.

You will manage payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, ensure compliance with accreditation and REMS requirements, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with providers and manufacturers to expand therapy access and program growth.

• Direct specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring timely access to complex and high-cost therapies
• Lead and develop specialty pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, liaisons, and support teams
• Oversee payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, optimizing time-to-therapy
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, REMS, and regulatory requirements, including documentation and audits
• Monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics, driving quality and outcomes improvement
• Collaborate with providers, manufacturers, and health system partners to support therapy access and care coordination
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives, supporting program growth, patient access, and sustainability
