Qualifications

• 3 years Pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician State of Florida Upon Hire Required
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 6 Months Required

Responsibilities

• Liaises between pharmacy leadership and technical staff to support patient care and operations.
• Oversees medication distribution processes, pharmacy automation, and technician workflow.
• Manages inventory, including automated dispensing cabinets and hazardous drug handling per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates sterile compounding and cleanroom activities to USP <797> and <800> standards.
• Monitors IV inventory and participates in USP <797>/<800> gap assessments and corrective actions.
• Supports transitions of care and bedside medication delivery services.
• Oversees all technical aspects of bedside delivery program and ensures monthly quality checks.
• Supervises training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
