Job summary

CPS Solutions seeks a full-time Specialty Pharmacy Manager to partner with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL. Lead operations and staff to ensure timely access to high-cost therapies while maintaining compliance and optimizing payer processes.

You will drive clinical, financial, and operational performance and collaborate with providers and manufacturers to improve patient access and program sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Direct specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring timely access to complex and high-cost therapies
• Lead and develop specialty pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, liaisons, and support teams
• Oversee payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, optimizing time-to-therapy
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, REMS, and regulatory requirements, including documentation and audits
• Monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics, driving quality and outcomes improvement
• Collaborate with providers, manufacturers, and health system partners to support therapy access and care coordination
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives, supporting program growth, patient access, and sustainability
