Job summary

CPS Solutions is seeking a full-time, exempt Specialty Pharmacy Manager who will work in partnership with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL.

Direct specialty pharmacy operations, lead and develop staff, oversee payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, ensuring timely access to therapies while maintaining compliance and program growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring timely access to complex and high-cost therapies
• Lead and develop specialty pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, liaisons, and support teams
• Oversee payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, optimizing time-to-therapy
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, REMS, and regulatory requirements, including documentation and audits
• Monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics, driving quality and outcomes improvement
• Collaborate with providers, manufacturers, and health system partners to support therapy access and care coordination
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives, supporting program growth, patient access, and sustainability
