You will grow key specialty service lines and collaborate with pharmacy, patients, providers, and clinic staff to expand the specialty patient population. The role emphasizes building relationships, facilitating enrollment and prior authorizations, and delivering excellent customer service across sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acts as Specialty Pharmacy advocate and develops relationships with providers and community partners.
• Provides customer service and information to patients and providers about enrollment, benefits, prior authorizations, financial assistance and status inquiries.
• Collaborates with clinic staff to ensure patient engagement aligns with preferences and workflows.
• Analyzes workflows with SMEs and helps implement sustainable improvements.
• Supports strategic planning, business development, and provider engagement events.
• Travels to multiple sites and maintains reliable transportation; communicates effectively in writing and speech.
