Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Orlando is seeking an energetic team member to strengthen customer relationships and drive service excellence across facilities from Melbourne to Sarasota, FL. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, problem solving, and accurate cycle medication coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience working in long term care pharmacy or similar setting

Responsibilities

• Call and visit current customers to enhance relationships between customers and the pharmacy
• Check in cycle medications at designated facilities
• Educate staff on changes in orders pertaining to cycle medications
• Act as liaison with pharmacy operations to maintain high service levels
• Respond to emerging or immediate customer issues
• Maintain customer relationships and act as expert advisor to facilitate problem solving and 100% retention
• Understand Medication Observation Record documentation to assist facilities
• Report all relevant information on customer service issues to Supervisor
• Complete daily activity/cycle check-in report for Supervisor
• Speak with direct supervisor daily to provide agenda for the day
• Participate in QA by generating problem tickets using Variance Reports
• Respond to calls/emails from customers and route appropriately
• Update Marketing signage at sites with relevant information
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to retrieve census updates
• Document returns for timely credits and inventory updates
• Cross-sell Guardian services to non-clients when opportunities arise
