Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison (Pharmacy Technician) for an onsite, Monday–Friday outpatient clinic setting. You will guide patients through therapy journeys and ensure a seamless pharmacy experience, collaborating with clinical staff to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, accurate documentation, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment.
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills.
• Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules.
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges.
• Monitor and promote medication adherence.
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly.
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies.
