Job summary

Planet Pharma in Massachusetts seeks a reimbursement hub specialist to support programs distributing specialty products. You will interact with internal teams, vendors, and healthcare professionals, ensuring proper data exchange and accurate claim processing.

Responsibilities include documenting call details, escalating trends, and maintaining compliance with program requirements. Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 3 years in pharma reimbursement or data hubs; ET hours 8:30am–5pm ET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in reimbursement hub supporting specialty pharmacy products.
• Experience implementing and supporting electronic data exchanges between a reimbursement hub program and specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and vendor teams interacting with SPs.
• Demonstrate proficiency with client hub patient database and data exchange requirements.
• Familiarize with SP performance and patient services hub programs.
• Manage processes, escalations and data exchange with SPs and hubs.
• Act as contact for patient services hub program vendors, SPs, and internal stakeholders.
