Job summary

Banner Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Supply Logistics Analyst to join a brand-new team overseeing inventory transfers between pharmacies, 340B monitoring, and procurement optimization. You will work primarily with SupplyLogix and EnterpriseRx, analyze data with spreadsheets, and coordinate with vendors to minimize costs while maintaining patient access.

This onsite role at the Mesa corporate office offers a 9:00 am–5:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, pharmacy or related field.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification & active state licensure (AZ wallet card) at hire.
• 4+ years purchasing experience in healthcare/pharma inventory.
• Knowledge of procurement, contracting, and cost-saving strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, storage and distribution of pharmacy products.
• Coordinate with vendors to optimize space and cost.
• Collaborate with Central Fill pharmacies, Supply Chain and external vendors to ensure supply availability.
• Develop cost-saving opportunities and analyze products and usage.
• Provide reports and financial analysis on procurement and inventory.
• Lead and train staff for backup duties.
