Responsibilities

• Visit doctors' offices to educate them on Noble Health Services and patient care programs.
• Develop a system to identify prospective new clients.
• Develop sales initiatives including cold calls, direct mail, phone/internet contact, and office visits.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with doctors and health service professionals.
• Provide written and verbal communication to Facility Management about service concerns at locations.
• Maintain follow-through on reported customer concerns and report to management.
• Provide customer service programs as requested (training, in-services).
• Stay aware of developments in Pharmacy and Health Care Services relevant to responsibilities and integrate them.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Facilitate communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.
• Assist in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operate within them.
• Interface with auditors and outside agencies as needed.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
