Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist 5 to lead non-oncology specialty pharmacy initiatives and coordinate with the Specialty Pharmacy Hub. You will standardize workflows, develop clinical content, and oversee onboarding of specialty medications within the ambulatory and hospital settings.

In collaboration with pharmacy leadership, you will manage quality improvements, education, and research activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with CSQ license in good standing and CSP or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading quality improvement and research projects in pharmacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy regulatory requirements (URAC, REMS, CA BOP).
• Experience designing electronic treatment pathways and order sets in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Operational excellence and strategic implementation in non-oncology specialty pharmacy.
• Clinical education development and onboarding of specialty medications.
