UC Davis Health in Sacramento, CA, seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead Acute Care and Transitions of Care clinical pharmacy services. You will oversee service-line performance, quality, regulatory readiness, medication-use safety, and financial stewardship while guiding staff development and workforce planning.

As hiring manager, you will partner with senior pharmacy and health-system leaders to drive improvement, advance clinical practice, and align pharmacy services with organizational priorities

Qualifications

• For CA licensure; out-of-state license eligible with CA within 6 months.
• PharmD from an accredited college or university; equivalent training.
• Completion of PGY2 in health-system leadership or related field or 5 years of health-system experience.
• 2+ years in leadership/management roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting hospital pharmacy operations.
• Ability to lead teams, projects, and improvements with data-driven decisions.
• Experience with EHRs, CPOE, and medication safety workflows.
