Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in specialty pharmacy activities and coordination under supervision.
• Process prescriptions and collect patient information for processing and payment transactions.
• Enter patient data into pharmacy systems and ensure accurate insurance billing.
• Conduct benefits investigations and assist with prior authorizations and financial assistance.
• Support call center operations and education of patients on SDPMP features.
