Job summary

AndHealth in Illinois is seeking a Specialty Patient Engagement Specialist to support specialty medications and patient access. This onsite role partners with health systems and clinics to verify benefits and enroll patients.

You will work with providers, manage prior authorizations, document interactions, and help patients navigate digital tools and apps while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions in the pharmacy system with accuracy and manage inventory.

Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pharmacy experience

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's degree preferred

BLS certification preferred

IL Pharmacy Technician license

PTCB or ExCPT certification

Multi-state licensure willingness
