Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacist to oversee all aspects of our specialty pharmacy operations, counsel patients, review prescriptions, and collaborate with providers to optimize therapy.

You will ensure compliance with URAC/ACHC, HIPAA, and FDA/DEA standards while supporting quality improvement initiatives in a patient-focused setting. Monday–Thursday with occasional Fridays, at our Riverside MO location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD required; current, valid license.
• 1–2 years pharmacy experience, preferably in specialty setting.
• Registration with state board of pharmacy may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and interactions.
• Counsel patients on therapies, dosing and adverse effects.
• Oversee operations, inventory, compliance with state/federal regs.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff; support quality initiatives.
• Ensure HIPAA, URAC/ACHC standards and accreditation maintenance.
