Job summary

You will maintain stock, records, and equipment while upholding professional standards and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring HIPAA compliance, accurate dispensing, and maintaining a clean, compliant pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing is required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) is required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with emphasis on accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with local, state and federal laws (HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards.
• Maintain knowledge of trade area, customers and competition.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain records for legal compliance and company policy.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
