Responsibilities

• Perform final product verification (PV2) and pharmacist reviews after competency validation.
• Review patient profiles for allergies, duplications, interactions, and contraindications within the assigned scope.
• Provide patient and caregiver counseling using clear, patient-centered language.
• Complete refill-support activities, clinical documentation, and order clarification support.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure safe, compliant workflows.
