Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Cedar Rapids seeks a Specialty Nurse in Maternal Fetal Medicine to support high-risk obstetric care. Monday–Friday daytime hours, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll educate patients, assist with exams, coordinate referrals, and help with ultrasounds while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

You’ll work in a collaborative clinic team, providing compassionate care to a diverse patient population and benefiting from a balanced schedule with no holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• OB/GYN, perinatal, or labor & delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with providers to assist in high-risk obstetric exams and procedures.
• Educate and support patients through pregnancy journeys.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups for specialty care.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and assist with ultrasounds or diagnostic testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications
