Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of Medical Assistant experience in specialty or outpatient settings.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Cert/Reg in Area of Expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and patient history; document in chart.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, point-of-care testing and injections.
• Triage calls and relay test results to providers.
• Assist specialty providers by preparing patients for exams and treatments.
