Job summary

Quad Recruitment partners with a rapidly growing national home infusion provider to fill the Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales) role in the Charlotte, NC area. You will drive referrals from clinics, physicians and payors to grow chronic infusion therapies and IVIG services.

You will collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations to ensure high-quality service and patient access, while meeting territory growth and revenue goals through strategic planning and strong relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in home infusion (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors to generate referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction
• Drive territory growth and revenue performance, achieving net revenue and profit goals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region
• Participate in sales meetings, provider education sessions, and in-service presentations
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans
• Address customer service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation including call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates
• Stay informed on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies

A rapidly growing national home infusion provider is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales) to drive referral growth and expand market share within the Charlotte territory.

This role is responsible for developing relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and healthcare partners to generate referrals for chronic infusion therapies and IVIG treatments. The position works closely with cross-functional teams including pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered

Additional Requirements

• Do you have any experience and/or relationships with physicians in neurology, immunology, rheumatology or transplant?
• Do you have at least 2 years sales experience in home infusion?

Salary

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
