Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires basic high school degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience or training in production roles.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to handle large amounts of information without confusion.
• Knowledge of SAP and willingness to learn current tech needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Expedite projects on the production floor as needed.
• Maintain accurate production orders and distribute to workers.
• Prepare data for share-file entry from shop floor daily.
• Provide daily production info to shop-floor leads.
• Flag scrap/rework, tag issues and document findings.
• Transfer ship sheet data to share-file.
• Generate daily status on past due neck & body orders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist with Processing Goods Movements with Errors review (Cogi).
• Use SAP to clear errors identified in Cogi Report.
• Additional duties as assigned.
