Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Finance or Accounting.
1–2 years finance experience; manufacturing background preferred.
Working knowledge of GAAP and standard cost accounting.
SAP experience preferred; strong Excel for data analysis.
Experience with daily/weekly/monthly reporting and inventory control.
Analytical, self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and fixed assets reconciliation.
Prepare standard cost estimates for new and existing SKUs and provide NPI cost support.
Own and support inventory management, including obsolete inventory and YEI.
Daily reconciliation of scrap and reporting on labor, tools, and materials.
Manage petty cash and account reconciliations; process R&D/production expenses.
Support finance/operations projects and communicate results to influence decisions.
