Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–2 years finance experience; manufacturing background preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard cost accounting.
• SAP experience preferred; strong Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with daily/weekly/monthly reporting and inventory control.
• Analytical, self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and fixed assets reconciliation.
• Prepare standard cost estimates for new and existing SKUs and provide NPI cost support.
• Own and support inventory management, including obsolete inventory and YEI.
• Daily reconciliation of scrap and reporting on labor, tools, and materials.
• Manage petty cash and account reconciliations; process R&D/production expenses.
• Support finance/operations projects and communicate results to influence decisions.
