Job summary

Airgas in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a dedicated Specialty Gas Sales Specialist to nurture key customer relationships and drive growth in the region. You will present technical solutions for pure gases and gas mixtures, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in sales or technical environments, a relevant degree, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field or related business area.
3+ years in product, laboratory, or sales environments.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage dynamic priorities.
Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is valued.
Willingness to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

Nurture and maintain strong customer relationships in the specialty gas segment.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in target industries.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
