Job summary

Airgas, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Gas Sales Specialist to drive growth of Specialty Gas products across a defined geography. The role involves direct sales and collaboration with area account managers to meet sales objectives.

You will provide engineering and technical support, training, and service for all Specialty Gas needs while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or up to 4 years of related experience).
• Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience with solution-selling and territory management.
• Life sciences experience or medical gas knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Specialty Gas sales within assigned geography; develop growth strategy.
• Support account managers to grow sales within their portfolios.
• Maintain relationships with Account Managers and District Managers.
• Provide engineering, technical support, training and service for Specialty Gas needs.
• Collect market data on customers, trends and competitors.
